Analog Astronaut Training Program

Welcome!

Analog Astronaut Training Program (AATP) is a 16-week interdisciplinary course designed to prepare participants for Earth-based space mission simulations through online learning, teamwork, and simulations. It introduces students to human spaceflight readiness through analog environments, focusing on mission planning, habitat operations, physical and psychological readiness, and collaborative problem-solving for future space exploration.

There will be an opportunity for students to select the analog astronaut simulations in-person in various habitats around the world. Participants will engage in mission simulations, EVA activities, and habitat operations, gaining valuable experience applicable to future aerospace and analog astronaut careers.
